Clinton 50 LoftsPAMPLIN MEDIA GROUP: CRAIG BOLLEN - This development is three blocks west of Franklin High School and Clinton City Park.

According to the city, the building permit valuation on this site is $9.5 million for the four-story, 121-unit apartment building with below-ground parking. A warehouse was demolished to make way.

Lennox ApartmentsPAMPLIN MEDIA GROUP: CRAIG BOLLEN - The Lennox's studios will be about 435 square feet, with one-bedrooms about 555, two-bedrooms about 770 and live-work units are planned on the lower floor.

This mixed-use development has plans to include three storefronts on the ground floor, beneath three floors of apartments units. The courtyard style design holds 63 units, and about 3,500 square feet on the ground floor is being outfitted for a restaurant space.

Workmen TemplePAMPLIN MEDIA GROUP: JULES ROGERS - The Workmen Temple is the largest historic building to come down in the city since the 1980s.

Built in 1892, the Ancient Order of United Workmen Temple is set to be demolished, and replaced by a 10-floor office complex. The development LLC is a partnership between Onder Development and Arthur Mutal. Plans for the new building include 181,295 square feet of office space and 9,530 square feet of retail space on the ground floor, above two floors of underground parking.
