Job Corps students install signs, clean up graffitti

Instructor Kevin Kauffman and his welding students installed "no target shooting" boundary signs at Wildcat Mountain and Forest Road 4613 near La Dee on Wednesday, April 2.

"Without Kevin and his student's assistance on project work of this nature we would not be able to complete this type of work in-house," said Aaron Pedersen, Westside Assistant Recreation by: CONTRIBUTED - Timber Lake Job Corps painting students clean up  a Weigh Station in the Mt. Hood National Forest.Manager for the Mt. Hood National Forest.

Meanwhile, Timberlake Job Corps painting students helped cover grafitti on the Forest Service Weigh Station on April 2.

"This project could not have been completed in such a timely and professional manner without the support from Timber Lake Job Corps new painting instructor Skip Doty," wrote Pedersen. "A big thank you to Skip for his effort and to Gary Payne for his continued support."
