Raiders strike from close range to down Centennial
Reynolds uses its size near the hoop to break away in the first half
The Reynolds High boys basketball team made the most of second chances to down Centennial 55-33 on Tuesday night.
Drew Eubanks, a 6-foot-9 center, powered the way with a pair of early baskets in close to power the Raiders to a 12-4 lead at the end of the first period. He finished the game with 10 rebounds and three blocks.
The Raiders expanded to 20-6 lead when Jaylen Edwards intercepted a pass, and Dakota Ayala finished the fastbreak with a three-point play.
The Raiders (11-5) are second in the Mount Hood Conference, heading into games against traditional powers Barlow and Central Catholic.
