Tami Randel, Community Relations Director at Country Meadows VillageOn February 3rd, 2017, the Woodburn Area Chamber of Commerce recognized Country Meadows Village as their 2016 Business of the Year, for their substantial contributions to the community. Country Meadows Village graciously hosted several large fundraising events, providing the venue, food and decorations for the 2016 and 2017 Annual Breakfasts and Christmas Annual Breakfasts for the chamber.

The time, effort and hospitality allowed the chamber to give its largest-ever donation to the nonprofit organization Love Santa, which provides meals and gifts to children 16 and younger that live in Woodburn, Hubbard, Donald and Aurora, Oregon. "Tami Randel at Country Meadows Village reflects the positive belief that we make a difference in the communities that we live and work in," said Chamber of Commerce president Liz Koncil. "I have seen her many times working to enhance the lives of those she serves on a daily basis by finding ways to add value to their days with the little things they can enjoy. We are grateful for the experience."

This same spirit of giving and generosity is what makes living at Country Meadows Village such a unique and wonderful experience. "All of our staff is here because of a decision we made. We want to make a difference in someone's life, or just someone's day," said Tami Randel. "We care."
